আপনি অর্ডার দিলে নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা, ডেলিভারি এলাকা, অর্ডার করা পোশাকের নাম, সাইজ, রং, পরিমাণ এবং অর্ডারের সঙ্গে দেওয়া ঐচ্ছিক নোট সংগ্রহ করি। অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণে অর্ডার নম্বর, মূল্য ও অর্ডারের অবস্থা সংরক্ষিত হতে পারে। আপনি ইমেইল বা WhatsApp-এ যোগাযোগ করলে আপনার পাঠানো তথ্য ও বার্তাও আমরা পেতে পারি। ওয়েবসাইট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা চালু রাখতে সীমিত প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য, যেমন সার্ভার লগ, প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হতে পারে।

৪. কার সঙ্গে তথ্য শেয়ার হতে পারে
অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি বা কুরিয়ার সেবাকে প্রাসঙ্গিক নাম, ফোন ও ঠিকানা দেওয়া হতে পারে। ওয়েবসাইট ও Order Database পরিচালনায় Supabase, Hosting/Security-তে Cloudflare এবং Order Email Notification-এ Resend-এর মতো সেবা ব্যবহার করা হয়। আপনি WhatsApp Link-এ গেলে WhatsApp/Meta-এর নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতি প্রযোজ্য হবে। ওয়েবসাইটে Google Fonts-এর মতো বাহ্যিক সম্পদও লোড হতে পারে। এসব সেবা তাদের কার্যক্রম অনুযায়ী তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে, যার মধ্যে দেশের বাইরে প্রক্রিয়াকরণও থাকতে পারে।

৫. কুকি ও প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য

৬. তথ্য কতদিন রাখা হয়
অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা, Customer Support, রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজন, ব্যবসায়িক রেকর্ড, নিরাপত্তা এবং প্রযোজ্য আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতার জন্য যতদিন যুক্তিসংগতভাবে প্রয়োজন, ততদিন তথ্য রাখা হতে পারে। প্রয়োজন শেষ হলে উপযুক্ত উপায়ে তথ্য মুছে ফেলা বা পরিচয়বিহীন করার চেষ্টা করি। নির্দিষ্ট সংরক্ষণকাল জানতে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
৭. আপনার অনুরোধ ও পছন্দ
আপনার অর্ডার-সংক্রান্ত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য জানতে, ভুল তথ্য সংশোধন করতে অথবা প্রয়োজন না থাকলে মুছে দেওয়ার অনুরোধ জানাতে orders@picchibaby.com-এ লিখুন। পরিচয় ও অর্ডারের তথ্য যাচাই করতে হতে পারে। আইনগত বা প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবসায়িক রেকর্ডের কারণে কিছু তথ্য রাখা লাগতে পারে।
৮. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা
আমাদের পণ্য শিশুদের জন্য হলেও অনলাইনে অর্ডারটি অভিভাবক বা প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের করার উদ্দেশ্যে তৈরি। আমরা জেনে-বুঝে শিশুদের কাছ থেকে সরাসরি ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহের উদ্দেশ্য রাখি না। অর্ডার নোটে শিশুর অপ্রয়োজনীয় সংবেদনশীল তথ্য দেবেন না।
৯. তথ্য সুরক্ষা ও নীতির পরিবর্তন
তথ্য সুরক্ষার জন্য যুক্তিসংগত প্রযুক্তিগত ও পরিচালনাগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি; তবে ইন্টারনেটের কোনো ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ ঝুঁকিমুক্ত নয়। প্রয়োজনে এই নীতি পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। নতুন সংস্করণ এই পেজে কার্যকর হওয়ার তারিখসহ প্রকাশ করা হবে।
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and area, the products you order (including size, color, and quantity), and any optional order note. We may keep order numbers, amounts, and status records to process orders. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may receive your message and the information you choose to share. Limited technical information, such as server logs, may be processed to operate and protect the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not ask for bank card details or online payment information at website checkout.
3. How we use information
We use information to receive and verify orders, check product and size availability, arrange delivery, contact you about orders, provide customer support, send necessary order notifications, prevent misuse or fraud, and operate and secure the store.
4. Service providers and sharing
Where needed to deliver an order, we may share relevant name, telephone number, and address details with a courier or delivery provider. We use services including Supabase for order data, Cloudflare for hosting/security, and Resend for order email notifications. If you choose to use our WhatsApp link, WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy practices apply. The website may also load third-party resources such as Google Fonts. Providers may process data as necessary to deliver their services, potentially outside Bangladesh.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and technical information
Browser storage or similar technologies may support essential site features, performance, or security. At the time of publication, we have not integrated our own advertising-tracking pixel into the public storefront. If we introduce analytics or marketing technologies in the future, we will update this policy. You may manage cookies and site data using your browser settings.
6. How long we keep information
We may keep information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, provide support, handle returns or exchanges, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete or de-identify it as appropriate. Contact us if you would like more information about retention periods.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact orders@picchibaby.com to request access to order-related personal information, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion where appropriate. We may need to confirm your identity and order details; some information may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
8. Children's privacy
Although our products are designed for children, online purchases are intended to be made by parents, guardians, or other adults. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children. Please avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information about a child in order notes.
9. Security and changes
We seek to apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service is completely risk-free. We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version and effective date on this page.
